ENNEAGRAM   MENTORING

I offer one-on-one mentoring with a range of opportunities to fit the needs of the person seeking guidance.

FLASH MENTORING - ENNEAGRAM 101 (one session, 90 minutes, $100)

This is one meeting for those who just want an overview of the Enneagram system.  It's for those who have heard about the Enneagram and want to feel more conversant and informed.  We will cover the basics of the Enneagram of personality, with suggestions and guidance for further exploration, where needed.

ENNEAGRAM TYPING (3 sessions $200)

This is for the person who is wanting to understand the Enneagram system and where they land in it.  Though finding type is an art, not a science, these sessions will help a person to more closely examine their patterns and motives of behavior, their way of seeing the world, as well as the familiar issues that have come up over their lives.  This will help to eliminate many types and will bring confidence in identifying one's ego structure.

ENNEAGRAM FOR GROWTH (6 sessions, $400)

Working with the mentor, individuals will create the course they want and need.  This is an opportunity to explore the Enneagram in more depth.  It is intended for:

Individuals who have found their type may want to develop practices that support a long-term path of growth, gaining more insight into their type and instinct.  

Pastors and church professionals who may want to understand how the Enneagram can increase their self-awareness to sharpen leadership skills, support more effective communication and gain deeper appreciation for the gifts of or those they work with and serve.

Those in the helping professions who may want to integrate the Enneagram more skillfully into their practice.  This might include components like object relations theory, the role of the super ego, the Enneagram circle of growth, the instinctual types.  They may choose to work more specifically, addressing the concerns around challenging client relationships.
